We know you’ve been frustrated in the past by less than timely response times and mediocre or nonexistent service from other businesses you’ve come across. We’ve been there too. We know it’s annoying, stressful, frustrating (insert your adjective for wanting to rip your hair out here)….and we believe it’s the very last thing you should have to deal with.

We promise to answer your communications with us within a maximum of 2 business days (M-F, closed on holidays) with a short phone call! We often are able to respond the very same day and will answer every question you have through the entire process from first contact to when you receive your images! Skipping the phone chat isn’t an option - don’t worry, we don’t bite and won't keep you on the phone for an hour.
GENERAL PRICING information
We don’t list detailed pricing information on the website, so you didn’t miss that anywhere! Our session fee is $250 which is due at booking and does not include files or product. After your session, you will view your proof gallery and then purchase what you love! We have both a la carte and collection options. On average, our clients spend $1,250+ per session after their session fee. Our pricing guides are transparent and to the point. YES - each of our collections include a certain number of high resolution images for you to keep that you can print on your own!
GENERAL scheduling information
Newborn sessions: Newborn sessions start between 9:30-10:15 AM and are offered in studio only. We do not offer in-home sessions as they are FAR more stressful for clients than they realize. Trust us on this one.
All in studio portrait sessions are scheduled Monday-Saturday each week and have varying start times between 9:30 AM- 5:30 PM depending on the time of year, session type, and the nap schedules of the youngest participants.
All outdoor sessions (maternity, milestone, family): Monday-Saturday each week and begin 60-75 minutes before sunset year round, or 10 minutes before sunrise year round.
